OnlyAIFans is for users 18 and older. All content is allowed* — SFW, NSFW, 18+, and explicit. It is not an 18+-only catalog. These Guidelines are our acceptable-use rules for AI-generated and uploaded content. They work together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, and are designed to keep the Service safe and compliant with applicable laws and card-brand / payment-processor rules for AI-generated content merchants.
All content is allowed*
You may create, post, subscribe to, and monetize any lawful content on OnlyAIFans — including SFW, NSFW, explicit, and 18+ material. It is not limited to 18+ posts. The SFW/NSFW toggle is a viewer preference, not a ban. *The limits below are about illegal or card-brand-prohibited categories, not about adult vs. non-adult creative work.
What counts as AI-generated content
AI-generated content is output created by generative AI models based on prompts (text, image, voice, or similar). Examples include, but are not limited to:
- Images generated by AI based on text, image, or voice prompts
- Videos generated by AI based on text, image, or voice prompts
- Text to / from generative AI chatbots based on text, image, or voice prompts
You (and OnlyAIFans as the platform) are responsible for ensuring generative AI and uploaded media are not used to create illegal content, brand-damaging content, or content that otherwise violates card-brand rules.
Accepting these rules before use
You must accept our Terms of Service and these Community Guidelines before creating an account and before posting, uploading, requesting, or generating content on OnlyAIFans. Continued use after updates means you accept the then-current rules.
Zero tolerance: no underage content
Anything involving anyone under 18 is banned. That includes real people and AI-generated, illustrated, animated, or fictional depictions that are underage or look underage, including subjects in diapers or any “age play” that implies minors. Do not use “teen,” schoolgirl/schoolboy framing, or similar workarounds. Report it if you see it. We will remove it and may report it to authorities.
Zero tolerance: no revenge porn, NCII, deepfakes, or non-consensual likeness
Revenge porn, leaked nudes, non-consensual intimate imagery, deepfakes, and any non-consensual use of a real person’s image or likeness are not allowed. If a record of consent cannot be established, the content must not be published and must be removed immediately if found.
This includes posting, selling, or generating:
- A real person’s intimate photos or videos without their consent (“revenge porn,” leaks, ex-partner content)
- Hidden-camera, voyeur, or secretly recorded sexual or intimate content of a real person
- Any image or strong likeness of an actual person where that person has not consented — including deepfakes, celebrity lookalikes, face-swaps, voice clones, or “this person but naked” edits
Where consent is claimed for applicable real-person content, creators must maintain records such as model releases, consent forms, and proof-of-age documentation, and provide them to OnlyAIFans (and, when required, our payment processors) within five (5) business days of a request. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in content removal, account suspension/termination, and loss of payment processing. Disputes over validity of consent may be referred to a neutral body (such as a neutral arbitrator) at the responsible party’s expense, consistent with card-brand requirements.
OnlyAIFans is for original AI personas and synthetic characters that are not intended to portray a specific real person.
Copyright
Do not use copyrighted material without the copyright holder’s permission. That includes copying images, words, designs, or repurposing copyrighted material into prompts, uploads, or published posts.
Prohibited content (illegal / card brand standards)
You must not create, upload, request, generate, share, sell, or monetize content — including images, cartoons, simulation, or any other media — in relation to:
- Deepfakes
- Revenge porn / NCII of real people (leaked nudes, non-consensual intimate imagery)
- Underage (including subjects in diapers) content/scenarios
- Non-consensual (including sleeping) content/scenarios
- Incest content/scenarios
- Watersports content/scenarios
- Violence, abductions, snuff / fantasy snuff content/scenarios
- Bestiality / animal cruelty content/scenarios
- Sexual activity under the influence (drugs, alcohol, hypnosis)
- Prostitution / escorting content/scenarios
- Polygamy content/scenarios
- Illegal activity (e.g., how to build a bomb, or any illegal plotting)
- Professional advice (including, but not limited to, medical, legal, gambling/handicapping, etc.)
- Hate speech
AI-generated adult content
Facilitating sexually explicit content using AI-generated models also requires compliance with these Guidelines, our Terms, and applicable adult-content policies and procedures of our payment processors. All AI adult personas and media on OnlyAIFans must depict clearly adult (18+) original characters and must not fall into any prohibited category above.
AI disclosure and labelling
AI-generated or synthetic content on OnlyAIFans must be honestly disclosed / labelled as AI or synthetic where required by these Guidelines, the Terms, or the product UI. Do not present AI personas or media as real people or as non-AI content in a deceptive way.
Moderation and control framework
OnlyAIFans maintains policies, monitoring, and moderation so the Service is not used for the prohibited purposes above. This includes:
- Policies: these Guidelines and the Terms define prohibited content and behavior (including bans on revenge porn, NCII, and deepfake images/video of real people)
- Controls: safeguards such as reporting tools, review workflows, account restrictions, and content filtering / removal where available
- Moderation procedures: content may be reviewed, restricted, or removed in a manner reasonable and consistent with adult AI fan content
We may require creators to provide documentation showing how their content was produced and moderated. Failure to cooperate may result in suspension or termination.
What is welcome
- All content — SFW, NSFW, 18+, explicit, and everything else that isn’t banned below
- Original AI personas and clearly synthetic characters
- Consensual creative content within these rules
- Respectful fan interaction, tips, and subscriptions
- Honest labelling of AI-generated / synthetic media
Also not allowed
- Harassment, threats, stalking, doxxing, or hate targeting individuals
- Scams, phishing, spam, or malware
- Illegal content under applicable law (including CSAM, exploitation, and revenge porn / NCII)
- Circumventing paywalls, bans, or security controls
- Impersonating OnlyAIFans staff or other users in a deceptive way
Reporting
Use the in-app Report button on a user’s profile or on a post, or Contact us with links and a short description. Urgent safety issues involving minors should also be reported to local authorities / NCMEC where applicable.
Enforcement
We may remove content, limit features, or permanently ban accounts. Severe or illegal violations may be escalated outside the platform. Decisions are made to protect users, keep the Service lawful and adult-only, and meet payment-processor and card-brand requirements.
