By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service — including posting, uploading, requesting, or generating content — you agree to these Terms of Service (the “Terms”) and our Community Guidelines. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must accept these Terms and the Community Guidelines before interacting with the Service to generate or publish content.
1. Eligibility (18+ only)
The Service is for adults only. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) to create an account or use OnlyAIFans. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement. We may request age verification and suspend or terminate accounts that fail to comply.
All content is allowed* — SFW, NSFW, 18+, and explicit. The Service is not 18+-only. You may create, post, and sell that material (including original AI personas). Being SFW or NSFW is not a Terms violation. *The prohibitions below cover illegal and card-brand-banned categories (such as anyone under 18, deepfakes of real people, and revenge porn), not ordinary content types.
2. AI-generated content on the Service
The Service hosts and may facilitate AI-generated content — outputs created by generative AI models based on user or creator prompts. Examples include, but are not limited to, AI images, AI videos, and text interactions with generative AI chatbots based on text, image, or voice prompts. You are responsible for ensuring your use of generative AI on or in connection with the Service does not create illegal content, brand-damaging content, or content that violates card-brand / payment-processor rules.
3. Strictly prohibited: underage content
You may not create, upload, request, generate, share, or monetize any content that depicts, describes, or suggests anyone under 18, including:
- Real minors
- Fictional, animated, illustrated, or AI-generated characters that are underage or appear underage (including subjects in diapers)
- “Teen,” “young,” school, or similar themes used to imply underage persons
Violations result in immediate removal, account termination, and may be reported to law enforcement where appropriate.
4. Strictly prohibited: revenge porn, NCII, deepfakes, and non-consensual likeness
You may not create, upload, request, generate, share, sell, or monetize revenge porn, non-consensual intimate imagery, deepfakes, or any content that uses a real person’s face, voice, body, image, or strong likeness without that person’s clear, documented consent. If a record of consent cannot be established, the content must not be published and must be removed immediately. This includes:
- Revenge porn and any distribution of a real person’s intimate photos, videos, or nudes without their consent (including “leaks,” ex-partner posts, and payback content)
- Non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII) of real people
- Hidden-camera, voyeur, or secretly recorded sexual or intimate content of a real person
- Celebrity, influencer, private individual, or public-figure lookalikes generated or edited without authorization
- Face-swaps, voice clones, or similar impersonation of real people — including “this person but naked” edits
Where real-person likeness is used with claimed consent, you must maintain model releases, consent forms, and proof-of-age documentation for all applicable content, and provide them to OnlyAIFans and/or our payment processors within five (5) business days of a request. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in suspension or termination of your account and related payment processing. If you disagree that consent is invalid, that disagreement may be resolved by a neutral body (including a neutral arbitrator) at your expense, consistent with Discover, Visa, and Mastercard requirements.
OnlyAIFans is for original AI personas and synthetic characters that are not intended to portray a specific real person.
5. Copyright
You may not use copyrighted material without the copyright holder’s permission. Copyright infringement includes copying images, words, designs, or repurposing copyrighted material in uploads, prompts, or published content.
6. Prohibited AI / adult content (card brand standards)
You may not create, upload, request, generate, share, or monetize content — including images, cartoons, simulation, or any other media — in relation to:
- Deepfakes
- Revenge porn / non-consensual intimate imagery of real people
- Underage (including subjects in diapers) content/scenarios
- Non-consensual (including sleeping) content/scenarios
- Incest content/scenarios
- Watersports content/scenarios
- Violence, abductions, snuff/fantasy snuff content/scenarios
- Bestiality/animal cruelty content/scenarios
- Sexual activity under the influence (drugs, alcohol, hypnosis)
- Prostitution/escorting content/scenarios
- Polygamy content/scenarios
- Illegal activity (e.g., how to build a bomb, or any illegal plotting)
- Professional advice (including, but not limited to, medical, legal, gambling/handicapping, etc.)
- Hate speech
Websites and creators that facilitate sexually explicit content using AI-generated models must also comply with these Terms, our Community Guidelines, and applicable adult-content policies and procedures required by our payment processors.
7. AI disclosure and labelling
You must use any disclosure and labelling mechanisms provided by the Service for AI-generated or synthetic content, and must not deceptively present AI or synthetic media as real-person content. Creators on OnlyAIFans are AI personas featuring AI-generated media unless we expressly state otherwise.
8. Accounts and security
You are responsible for your account credentials and activity under your account. Notify us promptly of unauthorized access via Contact. We may suspend accounts for security, fraud, abuse, or Terms violations.
9. Creator and fan roles
Fans may browse, follow, subscribe, tip, and unlock content as available. Creators may apply for approval to publish content and set prices. Creator status is subject to our review and may be revoked. You must comply with our Community Guidelines in addition to these Terms.
10. Content license and ownership
You retain rights you have in content you lawfully upload, subject to these Terms. By posting, you grant OnlyAIFans a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, distribute, and promote that content on and in connection with the Service. You represent that you have all rights needed to grant this license and that your content does not violate these Terms, the Community Guidelines, or applicable law.
11. Payments, subscriptions, and refunds
Paid features (subscriptions, pay-per-view, tips, wallet top-ups, and similar) are billed through our payment providers. Prices and availability may change. Refunds are handled according to our refund practices and applicable payment-provider rules; digital content that has been delivered or unlocked is generally non-refundable except where required by law.
12. Acceptable use
In addition to the bans above, you may not:
- Harass, threaten, stalk, or doxx others
- Spam, scrape, reverse engineer, or disrupt the Service
- Circumvent paywalls, access controls, or security measures
- Upload malware or illegal content (including CSAM, trafficking, exploitation material, or revenge porn)
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation in a deceptive way
- Use the Service for any purpose prohibited by law
13. Moderation, controls, and enforcement
We maintain a content moderation and control framework so the Service is not used for prohibited purposes. This includes public policies (these Terms and the Community Guidelines), safeguards such as reporting tools, review workflows, account restrictions, and content filtering/removal where available, and moderation procedures reasonable and consistent with adult AI fan content. We may review, remove, restrict, or refuse content or accounts at our discretion, including for safety, legal, card-brand, or policy reasons. We may require you to demonstrate how your content is controlled and moderated and to provide related documentation. Reports can be submitted through in-product tools or Contact.
14. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. AI-GENERATED CONTENT MAY BE INACCURATE, OFFENSIVE TO SOME USERS, OR OTHERWISE IMPERFECT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.
15. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ONLYAIFANS AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100).
16. Indemnity
You agree to defend and indemnify OnlyAIFans and its operators against claims arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
17. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for any violation of these Terms or for operational reasons. Sections that by nature should survive (including licenses already granted, disclaimers, limits of liability, and indemnity) will survive termination.
18. Changes
We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. Material changes may also be communicated in-product or by email when practical.
